O. Reg. 308/98 (Composition of Council) under the Registered Insurance Brokers Act

Fixes the size of Council at nine elected members and four appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council. It also revoked Regulation 989.

Section 1§Sections

Despite clauses 6 (2) (a) and (b) of the Act,

(a) the number of individual members of the Corporation elected to the Council by the members of the Corporation shall be nine; and

(b) the number of persons appointed to the Council by the Lieutenant Governor in Council shall be four. O. Reg. 308/98, s. 1.
