Worth knowing about this source
Two editions of OAP 1 are in circulation and they differ in one place. Section 4.2.1 sets which benefits an insurer pays within 10 business days of a complete application and which within 30 days. The edition bound into the RIBO examinee resource, EN.4, names the Housekeeping and Home Maintenance Benefit in both sentences. The current FSRA edition, EN.5 (07-2026), names it only in the 10-business-day sentence. The benefit is payable under both, so the newer edition dropped a duplicate listing rather than the benefit. The copy open in the exam room is the RIBO bundle.
Why the wording is not on this page
The wording belongs to its publisher, Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario, so this page carries what the document is, which edition it is, and a link to the official copy. The Ontario statutes and regulations on this site are here in full because e-Laws allows that; this document is not published there.
How a question cites it
A citation naming this document carries its own numbering, an exact quote, and no page anchor, because there are no section anchors to resolve against. Every claim a question makes about it is checkable in the copy linked above.
